Hey everyone, today we’re making very soothing and relaxing cannabis bath bombs for Fibromyalgia patients. Now here’s what you need to make cannabis-infused bath bombs.
Cannabis Bath Bombs for Fibromyalgia
- 3 grams of cannabis flowers (or about 6 grams of rosin chips)
- A quarter cup of organic coconut oil
- A cup of baking soda
- 1/2 a cup of citric acid
- 1/2 a cup of Epsom salt
- Half a cup of corn starch
- 1 teaspoon of water
- 10 drops of essential oil(your choice of scent)

We’re actually going to be using muffin tins instead of the bath bomb molds.
Infuse Cannabis Oil
The first step is going to be to infuse your cannabis oil. We’re going to skip the decarboxylation step in this recipe because we don’t need it to be psychoactive. But grind your cannabis to put it in an oven-safe dish. Crumble your rosin pucks and put them in the oven-safe dish. We’ve got to add in our coconut oil. We’re using about double the amount that we’re actually going to need in the end, we’re gonna lose some when we strain it out.
Infuse in Oven
So I put about a quarter cup, a little bit more in there. We’re gonna need two tablespoons in the end. I’m going to cover that put it in a water bath put that in the oven 250 degrees Fahrenheit for two hours.
You can also do that over a double boiler, I do it in the oven because you can keep a lot more consistent temperature. After it’s finished infusing, you’re gonna strain out the cannabis from the oil. Do that over a fine mesh filter a coffee filter. However, you prefer to do it and you’ll see that I have enough left to make sure that I have plenty enough to cover my two tablespoons in the recipe.
Mix Dry Ingredients
Now we’re gonna move on to the next step of cannabis bath bombs for fibromyalgia patients which is to combine the dry ingredients. So I’ve added in my baking soda. I’ve had it in my citric acid. Citric acid is used a lot in canning, you might find it in your canning aisle in the grocery store if you have a hard time finding it. I’m putting in my cornstarch, for silky-smooth skin. I’m adding an Epson salt here which is going to help in the muscle relaxation. Now we’re going to use our whisk and combine that and make sure that all our dry ingredients are well mixed.
Mix Wet Ingredients
Creating a set that aside we’ll move on to the next step, which is to combine the wet ingredients. So I’ve taken my one teaspoon of water. Be very careful with your ingredient quantities on this part of the recipe. It’s really important that you use the exact amounts of liquids. Two tablespoons of the infused oil, ten drops of essential oil. You use whatever flavor you like essential oils for fibromyalgia. I’m using about six lavender and about four of birch.
Mix and Mold
Now we come to almost the last step of cannabis bath bombs for fibromyalgia patients, where we’re going to mix and mold. We’re very slowly drizzling the liquid in the dry ingredients and while we’re stirring there. You will see whisking it in, and you just drizzle the liquid image, you just whisk and whisk it may take five or six minutes just continuously whisking. Until it comes to this fluffy sort of dry it won’t be wet. Consistency but don’t worry it’s going to feel too dry but you’re fine. Once you got a well mixed up, we’re going to go ahead and start putting it into our molds or I’m using Hakka set a regular muffin tin.
Let Firm Up Counter Overnight
I’m using a half a cup scoop and scooping one into each one and then I’m gonna come through flatten them and then even it all out so that I have dispersed it evenly across my molds. Then I’m using the back of the measuring cup to press it down in there and my palms to put a lot of pressure. Letting it flattens out and you just let it sit on the counter overnight. No need to refrigerate or anything. Soon your cannabis bath bombs for fibromyalgia will be ready.
Unmold and Wrap
They’re going to dry out overnight. You might find it a little bit difficult to get them out of the molds but they’re a little stronger than you might think they are from when they were put in there. They’re really hard and I’m just using a knife to go around the sides and separate them. It also leaves a nice little edge on them. You just continue doing that to have them all out of the molds.
Of course, try not to break them, but they’re a little harder than you might think they would be like I said. There you go. It looks like something that this case though that might get you busted at the border crossings so, what you might want to do is to pretty them up to power if you want but you can at least want to wrap them. So make sure you put the saran wrap or something around them because if they get wet they’re going to start activating. You don’t want to do that until you’re ready for them.

They’re really great and into a bath, obviously but they’re also really good. Just for your soaking your feet. You just put them in some hot water. You can add a little more Epsom salt in there, if you want and soak your feet in there for a few minutes and I guarantee you’re gonna be as relaxed as you want to be. If that doesn’t do go ahead and smoke a bowl while you’re doing it as well.
